Leadership
An electrical engineer by profession, he joined the company at the age of 21. He ignited exponential growth within the first few years through a disciplined business and technical approach. The “Go To” leader of the organization, today, he focuses on the management, operations & finance of the company & is the driving force behind the company’s innovation.
The Soul of the company, he joined at the age of 18 years and sparked a fire in the organization through strong sales and an innovative marketing approach. A true visionary and under whose leadership the company has achieved most of the targets so far. Today, he focuses on the manufacturing and operations of two of the factories and has a vision to triple production by 2025.
A masters in Finance and Management from the United Kingdom, he is the Gen-X. He spent the initial years understanding the company operations and introduced technology and automation to enhance overall productivity. At an early age, he ventured into trading activities out of China and Bangladesh and led the company into being a supplier for major Indian retailers. He continues to focus on sales and business development for various accounts and in addition also focuses on end to end solutions for the company.
The youngest family member has been the one with the most innovative ideas and solutions from the time he joined the company. An “ Out of the Box” thinker, he has been overly successful in steering the company from a highly fashion oriented one to a more essential and core driven one reaping huge gains. Constantly brimming with ideas and with a lot of hard work, he currently focuses on sales and business developments and strives to achieve the company’s targets.
The eldest member of the family is instrumental in ensuring that all Corporate Social Responsibility targets are achieved and works on new concepts in this field. Since the last few years, he has been handling the Ahmedabad factory and introducing new methods to increase productivity.
