Our vision is to become the most sustainable supplier for all our clients through a 100% use of sustainable fabrics across all product categories. Our ability to use a range of sustainable knit & woven fabrics allows all our customers to increase their sustainable footprint across their product lines.

With the implementation of solar energy at 50% of our facilities, we are pursuing 100% sustainability through solar energy by 2022. This has already helped us reduce our carbon footprint by 60% in our solar facilities. In addition to this, we are actively working with brands and providing them with 100% sustainable fashion through ethically sourced sustainable fabrics.

With sustainable practises in place, many of our buyers are able to use BCI “Units” & fabric certifications to further build their sustainable brand image and increase awareness.

We continue to improve our environmental performance through efficient use and conservation of all resources. This allows us to consistently achieve and operate at a higher resource efficiency.

Our Team
Our employees undertake an extensive range of roles across our offices & production units – from unskilled labour, to skilled tailors, engineers and professionals with years of experience. To respect this, we support them in the following ways:

• Free basic medication & first aid-services at our factories.
• Support in applying for bank accounts for all employees at our factories.
• Support in applying for relevant government requirements.
• HR teams at our factories trained in basic counselling, behaviour change, workspace ethics and professionalism.
• Training & support in various health & safety requirements.
• Festival celebrations at our offices & factories.

Our Charitable Foundations

Our responsibility towards society is equally important to us and we are proud to say that as a family business of 5, we have directly reached out to more than 500,000 people across India through our own charitable foundations. We have supported them through aid in medical, educational & food services.

Furthermore, our love for animals is unconditional and to show this, over the years we have built multiple animal shelters across the country and now we focus on keeping them safe, feeding them & taking care of all their medical needs.

Since inception, we have made ourselves available to a number of NGOs across the country. All excess fabrics, fabric wastes and other raw materials are donated to these NGO’s who give it to women and support them in building their livelihood. Our donated fabrics are used to make bags, scarves, accessories, etc.

Our charities are solely run by us thus ensuring the highest ethical standards & practises.

It is crucial that we maintain gender equality & a balanced workforce throughout our company. With this in mind, 50% of our workforce is comprised of women from various backgrounds who set ground breaking standards for others in departments such as administrative, finance, design, marketing and most importantly production.

We resolutely conform to all laws regarding human rights & maintain a zero tolerance policy against forced labour, child labour, sexual harassment or abuse of any kind. Our comprehensive safety procedures at all our factories & offices include provision of adequate safety equipment & training.
